Most clients pay less than $450 a month. (depending on requirements)
To keep my rates low, I work with businesses who:
- Keep their personal expenses and business expenses separate
- Do not track inventory day to day
- Pay their own bills and invoice their own customers
- Reply in a timely manner to questions. Team work makes the dream work
- Ask questions before entering something unusual in the books
- Use an online bookkeeping product such as QBO or Xero
- Embrace the 100% remote bookkeeping model
More useful information
- Fees are billed monthly, paid in advance by automated bank withdrawal.
- Corporate tax preparation and planning is left to the pros. You will need to retain a corporate tax accountant. I can make several recommendations.
